Hope this entry gets posted.
For the past 3 months, I've been wanting to update my blog. But every time I try to do so, it's either I face problem loading the entry or I cant complete writing my entry.
So much had happened since I've started my current job.
For those who have been keeping in close contact with me, you would have knew all my stories by now. For those who dont know what's going on, let me just give you a quick summary.
My company: operate fully on Family basis, meaning to say
1st level: owners=directors=managers
2nd level: outlets in charge, retail staff= extended relatives, cousins, sisters, brothers, brother-in-law, nieces and nephews.
3rd level: office staff (only department w/o family members with < 10 staffs)
cos all family members (nieces and nephews) cant pass our dear neighboring country's 'O' Levels
Events:
1) Their lousily staged company dinner lucky draw with all grand prizes prearranged to be given to their own family members. Office staffs' prizes are all sponsored vouchers from suppliers and product below the price of $10. With all loopholes showing, our "dear" directors are still acting as if the whole lucky draw is so exciting and unpredictable. Totally disgusting!
2)Disciplinary guideline
- No eating tibits and snacks during office hours
- no chit chating
- no using earphone
and many more events....
The above series of events had cause my low morale and determination to move on
